The thing about transitioning for wardrobe from winter to spring is that sometimes it can seem kind of harsh. Like one day you're wearing Ugg boots, thick sweaters and {Essie's Wicked Nail Polish} (my favorite fall/winter color) and then the next day you're wearing neon yellow and pink. Like whoa -- I need a smoother transition than that. Here's a look I put together for work that slowly transitions into spring with lighter fabrics (chambray top), light brown leather accents, and not so bright nail polish. I mean I like neon as much as the next girl but to me neon does not equal spring!! Anyone else feel that way?
// Chambray shirt // nude pumps // Pencil skirt // Tory Burch bag // glasses // Deborah Lippmann nail polish // Chanel nail polish // Marc Jacobs watch //
How do you transition your look from winter to spring?

I'm not putting my winter clothes away just yet...it's only supposed to be on in the 30s on Thursday. :(

Love it. I will wear jeans with a tank top and sandals. Its a lot easier to wear spring/summer things in winter because I can always add leggings, tights or a sweater/cardigan. I can't wait for spring.

Beautiful outfit! I love the idea of a soft transition into spring...I usually just wear whatever I feel l like that day instead of slowly moving into a new season.
