dress for work: transition into spring

The thing about transitioning for wardrobe from winter to spring is that sometimes it can seem kind of harsh. Like one day you're wearing Ugg boots, thick sweaters and {Essie's Wicked Nail Polish} (my favorite fall/winter color) and then the next day you're wearing neon yellow and pink. Like whoa -- I need a smoother transition than that. Here's a look I put together for work that slowly transitions into spring with lighter fabrics (chambray top), light brown leather accents, and not so bright nail polish. I mean I like neon as much as the next girl but to me neon does not equal spring!! Anyone else feel that way?

How do you transition your look from winter to spring?

  3. Love it. I will wear jeans with a tank top and sandals. Its a lot easier to wear spring/summer things in winter because I can always add leggings, tights or a sweater/cardigan. I can't wait for spring.
